Talk about talent! Marcos Garcia, an 11th-grade student with Aspire Academy, was selected as 1 of only 5 Van Buren Tech students in the Culinary Arts and Catering Management program to attend the Career and Technical Education Capital Showcase this year. Marcos and his fellow classmates traveled to the capital building in Lansing to show off their skills in table decorating, food presentation, and safe food handling. The CTE Capital Showcase takes place yearly in April and allows students to demonstrate the impact of technical training.

Good Evening Paw Paw Families,
Paw Paw Schools will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 23.

PPPS will exercise an abundance of caution today, Wednesday, February 22, closing buildings for any and all school and community activities and events, including practices. Maintenance and facility crews are adjusting for weather and will treat as possible, but will likely not be able to keep up with the ice accumulation that is forecast, so campus roads, sidewalks, and lots may be icy until treated. All Red Wolves are asked to exercise caution and common sense, to stay safe today, watch the weather, and stay tuned for any updates.

Good Evening Paw Paw Families,
Paw Paw Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February 22. Our current weather forecast predicts an ice storm tomorrow afternoon. While we can't be certain that the forecast will pan out, we are going to err on the side of caution in order to avoid the possibility of having to transport students home tomorrow in treacherous driving conditions. Please stay safe.

Tomorrow is Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Make sure to thank our dedicated drivers for all they do to get students to and from school safely every day. #BuildTogetherPawPaw
