To celebrate Snowfest at Paw Paw High School, each grade decorated a snow sled choosing a decade theme. The freshman class chose the '70s, sophomores chose the 90's, juniors also chose the '70s, and the senior class chose the '20s. Winners will be announced at today's Snowfest Assembly. EARLY CHILDHOOD ENROLLMENT IS OPEN! Paw Paw Early Childhood (PPEC), Van Buren County’s newest state-of-the-art Early Childhood Center, is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year! Paw Paw Public Schools will be closed again on Wednesday, January 22nd due to the wind chill advisory and hazardous travel conditions. The temps are expected to rebound mid-afternoon to the mid-teens. Snow is expected to taper off later tonight, so evening activities for Wednesday should be fine, but watch for communications if that forecast changes. Continue to stay safe and warm. Our Disconnect policy is still in effect, so even if you got a new phone, smartwatch, or headphones for Christmas, they are not allowed in the classrooms. Please plan to leave them at home or in your locker. If you need a reminder, you can see your locker combination in Powerschool under "forms"
As it has gotten chilly outside, we recommend dressing in layers as temperatures vary from room to room. Keep the dress code in mind as you are selecting your outfits and be sure you aren't wearing anything that advertises or promotes drugs, alcohol, or nicotine use.

The PPHS Hall of Fame seeks to recognize up to 3 people in one of the following categories:
- Contributions to Society by a PPHS alumnus
- Performance in School-related activities (athletics or academics) by a PPHS Alumnus
- Contributions to PPHS
To be considered this year, new nominations must be received at PPHS by December 13. Nominations stay active for 10 years and are reconsidered each year.
The Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on Friday February 14 between the boys and girls varsity basketball games.
