Important Message From Paw Paw Athletics:

This message is to announce the adoption of FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. Parents of all MS/HS athletes are asked to create an account in Final Forms, which will allow all student forms and registration to take place online from now on, as we move away from the previous paper-based system of data collection.

FinalForms allows you to register your children for middle school and high school sports each year, while enabling you to complete and sign athletic forms/waivers for your students online. This system is used successfully throughout the state in high school athletic departments, and we believe it will ultimately make our record-keeping easier and safer for parents and kids. We are excited to begin using FinalForms and we ask for your help in making it a great addition to our department.

We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use Final Forms to register their Fall Athletes as soon as possible.  You can access the site from any computer, phone or tablet.  To get started, click on the link below, or find the links on our athletics homepage as well.

Parents, please follow the prompts below to create YOUR account, then create YOUR STUDENTS' accounts and sign your forms.  (Please see attachments below, for step-by-step help in creating your account, and successfully adding your student athletes as well)
