District Band Festival is tomorrow and is being held at PPHS in the PAC.
Our High School Concert Band will perform at 3:30 pm and the Honors Band will play at 5:00 pm.
Come support these kids and show appreciation for the hard work they put in.
Due to Band Festival traffic tomorrow, parents picking up their HS student near the band doors after school should be prepared to park and have their child walk out to them instead of lining up at the curb.
Please be patient as the lots will be full and busy.

Seniors- the deadline is approaching soon for the GRBS Perseverance Scholarship. This is a $1000 scholarship that will be awarded to a student who has shown the ability to overcome hardships, whether financial, personal, or family related.
Forms are in the counseling office and the deadline to apply is this Friday.

Reminder that parent pick up at the end of the school day is at the west end of the school- near the band doors.
For safety purposes, the front lot is reserved for bus pick up at that time.
Also, please be courteous of cars that are parked in parking spots and don’t block them in by pulling up behind them.
Competitive cheer parents have organized a fire and police escort for the bus that is taking our team to Regionals. They are asking students, families and community members to be at the main four corners in town at 3pm so we can cheer on our team as they leave town!

The Paw Paw athletic boosters are having a raffle for U of M season tickets for the 2020 season. Tickets are $10 to enter the raffle. You can purchase them near the concession stand during varsity games or see an athletic booster member.
Anyone interested in playing JV or Varsity baseball this Spring, please stop by the office and sign up. Remember, an updated physical must be on file to try out. NO exceptions. If you are interested in running track this spring, please sign up in the office. First practice is March 9, 3:45 at the middle school. Please dress for the weather!!!! You will need a current physical on file.
Sign-ups for Ladies' Tennis has begun and there is a sheet in the front office for anyone who is interested. The season will begin on March 9th. More information about times and locations to follow
There will be a short meeting for anyone interested in playing golf this spring, on Tuesday after school in Mr. Nord's room.
Any girls interested in playing soccer this spring, please sign up in the office. Also, there will be a girls soccer meeting after school on Friday in the gym for any and all girls that are interested in playing this year.
There is a sign up sheet in the office for a student spectator bus to Competitive Cheer Regionals in Rockford on Saturday.

NHS is hosting its annual blood drive on February 28th. Students over age 16 are eligible to donate blood. Sign up on the Google Sheet in your email. Students aged 16 will also need to obtain a parental consent form from Mrs. Martinic before they can donate.
