Parents-
An email was just sent regarding the first week of school to all students and parents who are scheduled to do IN PERSON classes. Please check your email accounts and read through the information we provided.
We did not send this email to students and parents who are participating in eLearning at this time, as much of the information is not relevant.
If you did not get an email from us and believe you should have, please contact tammy.southworth@ppps.org with a current email address, your students name and grade.

Here is the link to access Welcome videos from our staff as well as Google meet links for tonight's Virtual Open House.

Small groups. Masks required. Students only, please.

Students were sent emails today with their team assignment (Red=M/T, White=Th/F) as well as directions to check Powerschool to see their schedule.
*If your student is doing eLearning, please disregard this. We built schedules over the past few weeks for everyone, but your eLearning schedule will be different. More information will be coming to these families next week.*
We may need to make a few schedule adjustments, especially for students with IEPs, and will communicate those when they happen.
We have worked very hard to gather your input for electives, etc, and then to build a balanced master schedule for everyone.
At this point will not be doing schedules changes to accommodate a change in electives, hours, teachers, or to be with your friends.
Adjustments will only be made to fill incomplete schedules or make corrections to mistakes in core requirement placements.
Thank you for your understanding.

We know that you are eager to see your schedule for the upcoming school year, and we are eager to release those. We will send an email tomorrow when they are ready to go- we’re putting final touches on them right now.
Rumor has it that a few kids were able to see their schedule when they happened to log in at the exact time we were testing the system, but we have taken it back offline while we finish adjusting.
Thank you for your patience.
We will send an alert when it’s ready to go tomorrow.

Parents of students in grades 8-12:
As Mr Reo's letter informed you last week, students in grades 8-12 will be physically present in the building two days per week.
We are splitting the students into two teams:
Red team- present in the building Monday/Tuesday, work from home Wednesday-Friday
OR
White team- present in the building Thursday/Friday, work from home Monday- Wednesday
Some students have already been assigned to a team as determined by which tech center program a student is enrolled in.
As we build schedules and split the kids into these two groups, it is our intention to keep kids from the same household on the same team.
If for some reason your family would like to have your kids put into opposite groups, please email Mrs Southworth at tammy.southworth@ppps.org this week.

Parents of upcoming 10th-12th grade students: Your child was sent an email regarding elective offerings in the fall. Please ask them to check their school email and complete the linked survey. Replies are needed by Wednesday. Thanks in advance for encouraging them to take care of this.

Reminder to our Class of 2020 Grads about the Gathering of Grads tomorrow. Bring your contribution to the time capsule and listen to your commencement speeches. Bring your grad cap for the cap toss and a beach towel or lawn chair to sit on.
See you at 8:00 pm at Falan Field.
Rain location- Paw Paw Performing Arts Center. Watch here for weather updates.
Reminder that this event is limited to Grads to keep our attendance under the allowed gathering limit. Thank you.
