For the 2020-21 school year, MHSAA has said that any athlete who has a valid 2019-20 physical on file will not need a new physical. Parents will need to complete a new Health Questionnaire and turn it in to the athletic office to be attached to last years’ physical. Here’s a link to the new form: https://www.mhsaa.com/portals/0/Documents/health%20safety/healthquestionnaire.pdf Athletes who did not have a physical on file for 2019-20 will still need a physical prior to participating in 2020-21.
