Your Board of Education wants you to know about the great things they see happening in and around Paw Paw Public Schools! #BuildTogetherPawPaw

One 2nd grade class had the opportunity to decorate their classroom and make it their own.

Sheriff Abbott along with other Officers, joined the Early Elementary recess on Wednesday! This is an activity put together by our very own, Mrs. Doyle. They were invited to all recesses for a Police Can Play, play day.

Today, Mr. Earl Holbrook joined our school today as a WatchDOG. Mr. Holbrook enjoyed his time with his daughter's class and had fun during recess. Our WatchDOG's daughter is in Mrs. Thorpe's 2nd grade class and it is an extra special day for her because...it's her BIRTHDAY! And, fun fact, Mr. Holbrook was one of our original WatchDOGS when the program first came to the Early Elementary. Thank you for spending the day with the students today!

Today we welcome a new WatchDOG to the Early Elementary. Mr. Ruben Florian is the father of Mrs. Thorpe's 2nd grade student. Mr. Florian was able to be in the library for a great story this morning and is looking forward to the rest of his day at the our school. Thank you for joining us today!

Both Mrs. Albertson's and Ms. Sherwood's class celebrated the end of reading month with a Teddy Bear Picnic/Pajama Day! The classes incorporated the bear theme into reading month by taking the bears on a Reading Road Trip and read many bear stories, as well as other books!
The children enjoyed lots of fun activities on Bear day by integrating all subjects into their learning, which included math, SEL, writing, science, and reading.

Like this post to show your admiration for the 2 Paws Service Club at Paw Paw Later Elementary! At their bake sale yesterday, they raised a whopping $407 with proceeds going to UNICEF to benefit the humanitarian needs in Ukraine. The first to hold their fundraiser, PPLE is in competition with the PPMS and PPHS Leo Clubs to see which club can raise the most money! #GameOn #UkraineAid #BuildTogetherPawPaw

PPEE is closed for Spring Break! Our normal office hours will resume on April 11th, when we welcome the kids back. If you're at home or at the beach, our staff wishes you a fun & safe vacation!

Aloha from our 1st graders! We hope everyone has a safe and fun Spring
Break.

We sure had fun this last week. A big thanks to our awesome kitchen staff for keeping these cuties full!

Enjoy your Spring Break! School will resume on Monday, April 11th.

Mrs. Smith's 1st grade class is reading their way into Spring Break!

Today we welcomed two WatchDOGS into the Early Elementary. These guys lead a great game of Red Light Green Light during recess. I know the student enjoyed having this duo at the school. They were both here for Miss Day's 2nd grade student. Ben Stermer is her father and Gregg Flint is a close family friend. Thank you both for dedicating your day to our students!

Mr. Mathew Baleja, who is also a teacher at PPHS, was our WatchDOG on Monday. Mr. Baleja is the father of Mrs. Dalton's kindergarten student. We enjoyed having you at our school and would love for you to volunteer again!

Mr. Joseph White is the father of 2 of our students who happen to be twins! Joseph volunteered at our school and helped celebrate his daughter's birthdays. He was with us on Friday and again on Monday. Mr. White enjoyed seeing the kids in the classrooms and loved how happy they were to see him. Thank you for your time!
