Self-Efficacy Leads to Student Success

On Thursday, November 10, Paw Paw Public Schools will host its first Parent Chat of the 2022-23 school year on the topic of Self-Efficacy. (This event is rescheduled from its earlier date in October.)

Self-Efficacy is one of the most important non-academic predictors of academic success. In fact it's so important, Paw Paw Public Schools has made raising self-efficacy scores among students its improvement goal for the 22-23 school year. The more parents know about self-efficacy, the better they are able to help students succeed.

Please attend (via Zoom, at this link: Parent Chat Zoom Link) and find out for yourself what self-efficacy is, why it's important, and how to help us work with your student on developing the positive, "can-do" attitude that helps ensure a lifetime of success, in and out of the classroom.
