This year is the 55th anniversary of the annual celebration hosted by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) known as the Week of the Young Child. This is a time to celebrate the early learning community, young children and families, early education teachers, and communities.

Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children (MiAEYC) is also encouraging you to join the celebration all through the month of April with their April Activity Calendar.

State law requires that the Board appoint a person to fill the vacancy within thirty (30) calendar days after the vacancy occurs. The person appointed will fill the vacancy until the newly elected school board member begins his/her term following certification of the November 3, 2026 election results.  ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS  To be eligible to be a school board trustee, an individual must be a citizen of the United States and a qualified and registered voter of the Paw Paw Public School District.
