Welcome to Paw Paw Later Elementary School! I am both excited and honored to serve as your principal. Our district mission is simple yet powerful: All In, for All Kids, All the Time. This mission statement reflects our unwavering commitment to provide every student with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. We know every school year represents a significant milestone in your child’s educational journey and are proud to be a part of their story.
Paw Paw Later Elementary serves approximately 500 students in grades 3 through 5. As a team of dedicated educators and staff members, we are passionate about meeting the needs of all students. Our goal is to help students take risks, overcome challenges, and reach their highest potential. We believe fostering a love of learning and an attitude of resilience will make our students lifelong learners and active contributors in their communities.
In addition to our focus on student growth, we also promote a culture of thinking and learning for our faculty and staff. This is demonstrated in weekly professional learning work as well as the continued educational experiences our teachers and staff participate in. Our commitment to continuous instructional growth, reflection, and collaboration ensures our teaching practices reflect current research to improve the learning experiences we offer.
