The procedure for closing the Paw Paw Public Schools when hazardous weather conditions prevail has been announced by Mark Bielang, Superintendent of Paw Paw Public Schools.

Try several of the stations because it is sometimes not possible to make contact with every station.  Please DO NOT call the school or a person's home as this only complicates the situation.

If hazardous conditions arise while school is in session after 9 a.m. and before 11:15 a.m. and the decision is made to dismiss school, grads 6-12 will be dismissed first.  One and one-half hours later grades K-5 will be dismissed.

If dismissal is made after 12:45 p.m. and before 2:00 p.m., grades 6-12 will be dismissed.  One and one-half hours later grades K-5 will be dismissed.

The above procedures also apply to St. Mary and T.L.C. students who ride Paw Paw buses.
