National Honor Society is an organization founded on four ideals: scholarship, character, service and leadership. Members must keep a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5, demonstrate concern for others, adhere to high ethical standards of honesty and trustworthiness, volunteer dependable and organized assistance, and seek to eliminate wrongful attitudes or behaviors while inspiring positive behavior in others. National Honor Society service activities include the annual food drive, winter wear drive and sponsoring the Red Cross Blood Drive.
